Printer Setup
If you do not have the ENGLISH PRINTER listed under the available printers the following could be the reason:
- You are not logged into the CapertonCenter Domain - You must use the Caperton Center Email account to access the domain and its resources. EXAMPLE: jane.doe@capertoncenter.nex If you do not have an account; ask Mrs. Wilson to arrange for one.
- The Printer on the laptop cart is not turned on.
- Your account has lost connection.
You re-add the printer by following these steps.
- Using the GEAR icon next to the SIGN OUT and POWER icon in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the ADVANCED link and continue scrolling down to the PRINTING Section.
- Click on Printers and ADD PRINTER
- Under Name type ENGLISH PRINTER
- Under address type 10.10.1.104:631
- Leave the Protocol set to Internet Printing Protocol (IPP)
- Click ADD
- You should now find and be able to select the ENGLISH PRINTER under any printing/ printer in any program.
